So, I am on a mission! I want to start feeling healthier! Who doesn't
right? I am on the constant search for quick healthy snacks to pack in
my lunch and am working up to getting a gym membership. My apartment
complex has a work out room, but it is only open when the management
office is open (generally when I am at school and work :P) I went into
24 hour fitness to see what their prices are (since they are right down
the street next to Safeway) It is only $20 to have access to that
location! Completely doable!
Also I found this app for Android and iPhones called myfitnesspal. It is basically a calorie counter that you track all of your food and exorcise on. It also puts together all of the nutrition facts together of everything you eat!
